Sorry about the lapse in entries. We have been spending the last two weeks preparing for presentations and STAR testing. Of course you know as of today we have finished testing. We will finish the year with as many activities as I can muster up but VERY IMPORTANT…….Monday and Tuesday are presentation days. Also due tomorrow are the worksheets on the Nervous and Digestive systems and 36.2 Assessment Questions.
Basic Summary
Slight change of plan today. I did not reserve the computer lab and another teacher did so we did not do that. Students took their vocabulary quiz and then I gave out their Rubrics for how they will be graded on their presentations. We went over every detail of the Rubric and the due date for the in-class presentations will be May 4th. Have a wonderful weekend!

Today was the retake for the genetics exam for those who finished the study guide. Those that did not worked individually and silently on 3.1 and were assigned the assessment questions at the end of the section. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO CHOSE NOT TO TAKE THE EXAM. I WOULD DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR CHILD AND ASK THEM IF THEY DID AND WHY NOT IF THEY DIDN’T!!!!
